Privacy notice

RED River of God (“RED”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

The details you give us when you register or update your profile: your name, contact details, campus, and optional information such as date of birth, area, family status, baptism, serving interests and an emergency contact.

Why we use it

To care for and communicate with our church family: pastoral care and follow-up, e-cells and ministries, serving rosters, events and church administration. We never sell your information or use it for outside marketing.

Who can see it

Only church admins, and ministry leaders for the ministries you belong to. Your information is stored securely and is not shared outside the church without your consent, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can view and update your details at any time in your profile. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at info@redriverofgod.co.za.
