The story of RED
There is a colour that tells a story. A story of sacrifice. A story of love. A story of victory. Red reminds us of the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood that redeemed us.
There was another red story. A sea stood between God’s people and their freedom. Behind them was Egypt. Before them was the Red Sea. There seemed to be no way forward, but God made a way.
The Red Sea became a path to redemption and we believe God is still making a way today. From bondage to freedom. From fear to faith. From brokenness to purpose. From darkness to light. From simply existing to truly living.
That is why we are RED. Not just a colour. Not just a name. A calling!
Redeem
Jesus still saves. Jesus still restores. Jesus still heals. Jesus still changes lives.
Equip
Believers must know the Word, their identity, their purpose and what they carry.
Deploy
What God puts in you was never meant to stay in you. You are called to GO!
Mission
To reach the world by empowering the believers with the truth of the Gospel.
Vision
To teach uncompromised truth, unconditional love and unlimited potential.
Church movement
Church & movement
A living church carries both structure and movement. The church is the family that gathers, shepherds and stays. The movement is the current carrying the gospel farther and multiplying disciples. We believe RED is called to be a church movement.
E-Cells
E-Cell is for equipping
At the heart of RED are the homegroups that gather during the week in homes. E-Cell is for equipping, because personal interaction is vital for spiritual growth and mentoring of disciples.

Ps Francis Webster
Pastor Francis Webster is a South African pastor with over 35 years of ministry experience, including church planting and pastoral leadership in London, Perth, Paris, Montpellier and the Hermanus Overberg region. He oversees our congregations in Hermanus and Struisbaai and is involved in church planting and leadership development internationally. He is married to Welri.

We believe
Worship and prayer
Worship and prayer are the avenues to know God intimately. Intimacy with God is the key to a victorious Christian life.
The Bible
The Bible is the word of God written without error and is our guide for doctrinal teaching, building up our faith in Christ, strengthening our spiritual life and walk in Christ Jesus.
The one true God
We believe and serve the one true God who revealed Himself in the Bible as three persons sharing one indivisible essence in the mystery of the Holy Trinity, that is, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the unique person having two natures: the perfection of both God and Man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, suffered, was crucified and died in the place of sinful man. He was buried, resurrected and ascended bodily into Heaven, and is to return bodily to earth a second time.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is God who is actively at work in the world. He dwells permanently in every Christian. He is our Counsellor, Teacher and Helper. He helps us to pray, equips and empowers us to serve God. He strengthens and molds us to be more like Christ, and protects us to guarantee our eternal life. We believe in His manifest presence today, revealing Himself in power and making Himself known experientially to every believer who hungers and thirsts for Him. We believe in the operation of all the gifts of the Holy Spirit as the Spirit gives.
Man
Man is God’s creature who bears His image and was originally sinless, but through the sin of the first man Adam, all mankind sinned, became separated from God and totally unable to gain God’s favour of forgiveness and eternal life by self-effort or good works.
Salvation
Salvation is God’s act of forgiving sins, reconciling people to Him, and giving eternal life to those who believe in Jesus. Salvation is not a reward for good works but a free gift of God received by faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Water baptism
We believe in water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptised in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
The return of Christ
Jesus Christ will come again to reign and to reward God’s people with eternal life with Him in the new Heaven and earth, and to judge unbelievers with eternal separation from God.
The Church
The Church is the universal body of Christ consisting of all born-again believers in Jesus, made one by the dwelling of the Holy Spirit.
